Booking time Rules

Thank you for choosing our spa! We appreciate your and our time, we are proud of your trust and respect your opinion about our work. For the most comfortable stay in our spa, observe the following rules:

• Booking of time for the passage of spa procedures takes place directly
  from the manager of the spa or by appointment by phone
  067 690 5555, 044 465 5582 at least 2 hours before the planned procedure.
• If you pre-register, you have the right to choose the specialist. Your wishes should be announced to the administrator of the spa when booking the time of the spa.
• During the recording on the service, always speak with the administrator in detail about all the services that you want to receive – this is necessary to reserve a certain time for your service.
• When booking time for third parties (for example, as a gift or surprise)
  Prepayment is required in the amount of 30% of the planned procedure.
• Before a visit in the evening hours, the administrator of the spa confirms your visit by phone call to the contact number you left.
• In case of impossibility, for whatever reason, to answer our call, the Spa Administration asks you to call the administrator or send an SMS message to confirm the visit. Otherwise, your reservation can be canceled.
• If you can not visit our salon in the reserved time, you must cancel or change the time of your visit beforehand, but not less than 3 hours before your entry. Otherwise, the Spa Administration reserves the right to refuse to provide you with services without explaining the reason or to demand an advance payment of 30% of the planned procedure.
• If you are late, unfortunately, this will affect the duration of your spa procedures.
• In order to avoid any trouble, please check with the spa administrator the price of the services!
